I have been licensed to buy and sell real estate sales since JOctober 1989 and started servicing the industry in the Bloor West Village and Kingsway areas of Toronto up until 1994.

Since the early '60's I had been vacationing in the Collingwood Blue Mountain areas and unknowingly to me at the time, so had this young lady who is now my wife. To this day I wonder why our paths never crossed as we both frequented the same beach area, got fish and chips from the same beach front location and stayed in cottages within a mile of each other. Maybe we did bump into each other or exchange a glance and didn't know what fate was in store for us in the future?. Oh well, three grown kids and thirty-five (plus) years later, here we are. :)

In the spring of 1989 we sold our home in Mississauga and we decided to try out the Collingwood Blue Mountain Wasaga Beach lifestyle for a period of five years. Guess what? After four years, nobody wanted to move back.

Since the early spring of 1995, I have been placing an emphasis on servicing the the condo market in the Collingwood and Blue Mountain areas, but that is not to say, if it has a roof over it or if it's yours and you can reach down and grab a handful dirt from it, I can buy/sell it.
